Daily Schedule for the 2018 Maine Challenge Gymnastics Camp

The 2018 Maine Challenge Gymnastics camp is 5 days and 4 nights of gymnastics and fun! The camp is open to any gymnast of any skill level, beginner through level 10. There will be 5+ hours of Gymnastics a day at the Alfond Youth Center. Campers will then be bused to Camp Tracy for evenings of games, contests, swimming, ropes course, climbing wall, campfires, kickball at mini Fenway and more. There will be 6 gymnastics sessions daily: vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise, dance and strength. Gymnasts will be treated to guest instructors as well as instructors from all over the state! If you are looking for a great gymnastics learning environment combined with a great camp experience for your gymnast, this is the camp for you!

Day 1 9:00 Arrive at Camp Tracy for cabin assignments and check-in
11:00 Lunch at Camp Tracy
11:30 Bus to Alfond Center
12:00-6:00 First day skill groups, dinner
9:30 Quiet time in cabins
10:00 Lights out
Days 2 and 3 7:00 Wake up
7:30 Breakfast, get ready for the day
8:45 Bus to the Alfond youth center
9:30 – 3:00 Skill groups, lunch, optional swimming, contests and more
3:30 Camp Tracy for another fun night
10:00 Lights out
Day 4 7:00 Wake up
7:30 Breakfast, get ready for the day
8:45 Bus to the Alfond youth center
9:30 – 3:00 Skill groups, lunch, optional open gym swimming, contests and more
3:30 Back to Camp Tracy for the final night, skits, campfire, awards and more
10:00 Lights out
Day 5 7:00 Wake up
7:30 Breakfast, get ready for the day
8:45 Bus to the Alfond youth center for final day
9:30 Final day - 20 min skill groups. Parents welcome to watch!
12:00 Pick up and say good-byes until next year!
